Arxos is built by a small team. Real humans read every email. We aim to reply to most messages within one business day; urgent billing issues usually get same-day attention.

What to include

The faster we can help, the better. When you email us, please include:

  • The email address on your Arxos account
  • The page or feature you were using (a URL or screenshot helps)
  • What happened vs. what you expected
  • Any error message (exact wording)
  • Browser + device if it's a display or login issue

Response times

  • Critical (you can't log in, billing is wrong, security): within hours during business days, same-day where possible
  • Standard (bug, question, feature request): within 1 business day
  • Feature requests: we read everything; we ship the highest-leverage ones first

FAQ

Can I export my data?

Yes. Email support@joinarxos.com and we'll send a full export in CSV/JSON. We're building self-serve export into the product.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, go to /billing, click "Cancel subscription." Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No retention games.

Can I get a refund?

We refund the most recent charge in good faith if you cancel within 7 days of an upgrade or initial subscription, no questions asked. See our Terms for the full policy.

Is my data secure?

TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials (Shopify access tokens, etc.) at rest, daily automated backups, Supabase + Vercel hosting in the US. Details on our Privacy Policy.

Does Arxos send my data to AI providers for training?

No. We use Anthropic Claude under a zero-retention API arrangement. Your data is processed to generate the drafts you see in Arxos and is not used to train future AI models.

What if Shopify, Stripe, or Anthropic goes down?

Arxos depends on third-party services. When they go down, parts of Arxos may be unavailable until they recover. We post known issues on our status page (coming soon).
