Arxos packages an ecommerce business's daily operations into a set of specialist Operators — Triage for customer support, Closer for cart recovery and sales follow-up, Quartermaster for inventory and purchase orders, Bookkeeper for cash flow and margin, plus growth Operators for content and ad-spend. Each Operator drafts work in the seller's brand voice and graduates from human-approval to full autonomy as the seller's trust in it grows.
For sellers who run on Amazon Seller Central, Arxos connects directly via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and works across orders, inventory, fees, and customer messages — with a clean Net-of-Fees view so the seller knows their real take-home per SKU. Security & data handling
Arxos is multi-tenant by design — every seller's data is scoped to their own account and never crosses tenant boundaries. Connection credentials (Shopify, Amazon, email) are encrypted at rest. Detailed practices live in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
