A customer asks a question in chat or email. Chat is answered in seconds, in your voice, using your real orders and stock; email is drafted for your approval. It does the job of the person who watched the inbox all day, and the chat tool you rented next to them.
Every conversation lands in one place, sorted with a reply written when you open your Inbox. You read, click approve, done. The busywork disappears and only real decisions reach you.
Arxos counts your stock, sees a stockout coming from your real sales pace, and proposes the reorder. One click records the purchase order and one more emails your supplier, with its own page they can update.
What the store made after product cost, shipping labels, card fees and ads, then after the overhead in your own bank. Refunds on shipped orders and purchase orders are prepared and wait for your click.

One conversation the AI answered or drafted inside the calendar month: a chat on your store it answered, or an email thread it wrote the reply for. Conversations themselves are unlimited; a thread the AI only sorted and handed to your team is not counted.
A conversation counts once a month. A very long chat is handed to your team; if you tell Arxos to keep going on it, that uses one more AI resolution. Spam, automated mail, and threads the AI never touched do not count. AI is on from day one.
The AI pauses instead of billing. Email still lands in your inbox, sorted, and the chat on your store takes the customer's question and email for your team. Nothing goes dark, and nothing is charged.
Add AI resolutions from the banner in the app or your Billing page and the AI picks up the backlog. The counter resets on the first of the month.

Your first full seat is free. After that, $20 a month per full seat and $10 a month per chat-only seat, charged once the person has signed up. A pending invite costs nothing.
